Barb Christensen discusses public workshops.  General Code discussion, public questions and comments by Holly Tourdot concerning "gentrification", Carl Broberg's explanation of proposed Nuisance Property Ordinances, further discussion about minutes omissions, a reply by Lois Carlson who took the minutes, and more discussion with Carl Broberg, Lois Carlson & Ric Gillman.

Track 7.  More ordinance discussions, Item 9. Future Agenda Items, and end of meeting discussions concerning response to Jenn's memo, instructions to the recording secretary not to go back and start amending minutes until instructed by the TPC adjournment.
